Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance though your prescriptions, lab testing, imaging and specialist referrals are eligible to be covered by your insurance policy.
Why should I pay a subscription? That is a lot of money!
Our cost is typically less than an insurance plan's deductible. We do not charge a copay. We find the subscription prompts many patients to be seen regularly and focus on optimizing their health and preventing illness. The care we offer can be done at a much higher quality due to our model.
I can contact you anytime? Are you sure?
For urgent matters I will try to be reasonably available 24/7 by phone or text. Obviously for emergencies calling 911 or going to an emergency room is the best course of action.
Why would I want to use holistic medicine versus conventional medicine? How can you decide when I need one or the other?
Dr. Hancock is trained in both conventional medicine and the use of holistic medicine. Starting from the assumption that the body is no more than a finely honed machine will neglect nurturing the life, soul and spirit present in each person. Holistic Anthroposophic medicine provides nurturing, effective treatments that often address a root problem or imbalance.
